The Vision
LAC (Loree’s Art Creations) is a living archive of transformative relics, curated audio indices, and literary manuscripts. We do not participate in "traditional" influencer marketing. Instead, we offer brands the opportunity to be woven into the Surge Collective—a high-resonance, spiritually-aligned environment where art meets cultural commentary.
Partnership Pillars
Before applying through email at loreesartcreations@gmail.com, please note our foundational operating standards:
-
Artistic Sovereignty: All collaborations are treated as transformative extensions of LAC’s IP. Content created is protected as artistic speech.
-
Archival Integrity: We specialize in "Fair Condition" relics. We value the weathered, the lived-in, and the authentic over the mass-produced.
-
Confidentiality: We maintain a strict Anonymity Protocol for our stewards and beneficiaries. Partnerships must respect this "silent" luxury model.
-
Non-Affiliation Clause: LAC invokes the First Sale Doctrine and Transformative Fair Use. We exist in a space of curated redistribution and cultural reenactment.

The Creative Mandate
LAC does not perform traditional marketing. We facilitate Transformative Resonance. When a brand is selected, its products and identity are absorbed into the artist’s ecosystem—either as artist-worn relics, sculptural components, or auditory references within the Surge Global Audio Index.
By submitting this inquiry via email with appropriate selections, the Brand acknowledges that all featured items will be subject to the LAC aesthetic: Fair Condition, weathered, and artist-lived.

-
Auditory Placement: Strategic inclusion in curated digital experiences or lyrical references in original LAC compositions.

III. Media, Modeling, & Performance Inquiries
-
The artist LAC views the physical body and public image as an extension of the Surge. Consequently, all media appearances, runway walks, and editorial features are treated as Live Archival Events and are subject to the following curation standards:
-
1. Modeling & Runway (The Living Relic)
-
Aesthetic Alignment: LAC does not provide "standard" commercial modeling. Appearances are limited to avant-garde, high-concept, or archival presentations that resonate with the "Fair Condition" mission.
-
Wardrobe Sovereignty: LAC reserves the right to integrate her own "weathered" artifacts or digital assets into the presentation.
-
Protected Image: All photography and video assets from the event are considered a "protected extension of the art."
-
2. Media Interviews (TV, Podcast, Radio, & Print)
-
Anonymity & Identity: In accordance with Section 7 of the LAC Policy, the artist reserves the right to maintain partial or full anonymity during media broadcasts.
-
Intellectual Property: Discussions regarding the Surge Global Audio Index (20,736 tracks) or the 144-Song Collective are proprietary. Rebroadcast rights for specific LAC-performed segments must be negotiated as a separate IP license.
-
Spiritual Context: LAC does not participate in "soundbite" media. Interviews must allow for the depth of the mission, including the discussion of beneficiaries and the "spiritual beacons" within the manuscripts.
-
3. Movie & Cinematic Placement
-
Cultural Reenactment: LAC is available for cinematic roles or cameos that allow for Transformative Fair Use and cultural commentary.
-
Character Relics: Any garments or props worn by LAC on set are subject to the First Sale Doctrine; the artist reserves the right to archive or redistribute these items within a future Surge at her discretion.
-
Artistic Sovereignty: LAC maintains exclusive IP rights over all visual art, digital assets, and musical compositions featuring the brand.
-
Transformative Fair Use: Brands acknowledge that LAC may use cultural reenactment and movie imagery alongside the brand to create new artistic meaning.
-
The 24% Initiation Rule: A 24% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to begin curation. This covers the energy of initiation and removal of the "slot" from the global market.
-
No Creative Interference: Social media content is a protected extension of the art. The Brand cannot dictate "scripts" or "edits"; the work is accepted "As-Is" upon completion.

Fact Sheet
1. Intellectual Property & The "First Sale Doctrine"
Regarding physical media and apparel, LAC invokes the First Sale Doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 109).
-
Redistribution Rights: Once a brand sells or provides a physical item to the artist, the artist possesses the legal right to redistribute, display, and sell that specific physical copy/item as part of the Surge Archive.
-
Archival Status: Items are treated as "acquired relics." While the brand maintains its original trademarks, LAC maintains the rights to the specific physical iteration of the item as it exists within her body of work.
2. Transformative Fair Use
LAC’s work utilizes cultural references, brand imagery, and iconography under the doctrine of Transformative Fair Use.
-
New Meaning: Items are repurposed to create a new artistic meaning distinct from the original commercial source material.
-
Performance Art: Social media content and digital broadcasts are protected extensions of the art. These reenactments do not imply official corporate sponsorship or affiliation, but are rather commentary and personal expression.
3. The "As-Is" Aesthetic: Relic Protocol
Brands must acknowledge the Condition Summary of the Surge:
-
Artist-Worn & Weathered: Items will be subjected to the artist’s "Fair Condition" standard. This includes hand-distressing, "lived-in" wear, and environmental weathering.
-
Modification: LAC reserves the right to modify, deconstruct, or integrate brand items into original sculptural or textile works. The Brand waives the right to "pristine" presentation in favor of archival authenticity.
4. Surge Global Audio Index (Apple Music®, Spotify®, Tunemymusic®)
Brand integration into the Audio Index is non-commercial and directory-based.
-
Non-Hosting: LAC does not host or transmit audio files. She provides curated gateways to licensed third-party services.
-
Sonic Legacy: Collaborative mentions or song placements are treated as lyrical and archival artifacts, ensuring the brand's identity is woven into a master archive of 20,736 tracks.
5. Financial Protocols (The 24% Mandate)
-
Initiation Deposit: A 24% Non-Refundable Deposit is required from all Brand Partners to initiate the curation process. This secures the artist’s labor and the exclusion of competing entities from the specific 144-Surge cycle.
-
Final Clearance: The remaining 76% must be cleared within 24 business days of project completion. Failure to clear funds results in the forfeiture of the placement and the release of the archive back to the global market.
6. Governance & Anonymity
-
Jurisdiction: All agreements are governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA.
-
Identity Protection: LAC maintains a Strict Confidentiality protocol. The identity of Brand Beneficiaries and stewards is protected unless explicit consent for public disclosure is granted.
Legal Disclaimer: The Surge is a living, evolving collective. By engaging with LAC, brands accept the work as the artist is called to create it. Disagreement with the artist’s mission or social commentary after the initiation of a Surge is not valid ground for a refund or dispute.
