I value your privacy as much as I value the art I create. This policy explains how I handle your information when you visit and/or engage with my work on my site.

I keep data collection to a minimum to protect your digital footprint. Currently, the only personal information I collect and store is:
Email, phone, and address~ I maintain private records of booking requests and purchases to fulfill orders and comply with tax obligations.

Your information is used strictly for the following:
Communication regarding our work together (specifically your Surge), the Acquisition protocols, processing and shipping archival art orders.

3. Absolute Privacy & Anonymity
No Third-Party Sales: I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Ever.
Buyer Anonymity: I prioritize your discretion. Your identity as a buyer remains strictly confidential and is known only to me. I will never publicly disclose who has purchased an archival Surge without your explicit written consent.
No surveillance and/or recording devices are permitted for use in our meetings under any circumstances. This is for the artist's integrity, safety in our work that we are called to create, and an established confidence in trust.

4. Security & Data Integrity
I take reasonable precautions to keep your data safe. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Liability: While I do my utmost to protect your information, I am not responsible for unauthorized access or data breaches resulting from "hacking" or third-party service failures.
Non-Disclosure: I will never intentionally release or give out your private information to unauthorized parties.
Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach that compromises your information, I will notify you as soon as reasonably possible via the email address on file.
