Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. The Surge Completion Protocol

Each "Surge" is a unified, multi-sensory archive. To maintain the artistic integrity of the collective, I do not ship individual components (paintings, apparel, or media) piecemeal.

Fulfillment Trigger: Dispatch initiates only once your specific Surge (inclusive of all 144 curated songs and all physical artifacts) is 100% complete.
Stages in the Acquisition protocol will be followed and complied with to ensure our work is fortified.
The Shipping Window: Following Surge completion, please allow a standard delivery window of 30 to 90 days.

2. Global Logistics & Extended Timelines

The 90-day window is an intentional buffer required to navigate the current complexities of international trade and global stability. By purchasing, you acknowledge that delivery times may be impacted by:

Macro-Economic Shifts: Fluctuating international tariffs and trade re-classifications.
Logistical Disruptions: Major port closures, maritime congestion, and labor-related supply chain bottlenecks.
Geopolitical Instability: Delays resulting from international conflict, rerouted shipping lanes, or heightened border security.
Customs Clearance: Extended holding periods for the inspection of unique artifacts (coins/biological matter).

3. Premium Art Logistics & Handling

To ensure the safety of your investment, all Surge bundles are processed by a specialist high-end art packaging company. Your items—including paintings, apparel, and encased relics—are housed in custom-built, archival-grade crating designed for long-haul transit.

4. Absolute Release of Liability

Transfer of Risk: LAC is released from any and all liability the moment the order is collected by the carrier or premium packaging partner.
Post-Shipment Loss/Damage: We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. This includes further degradation of "Fair Condition" items due to environmental factors (e.g., heat damage to records/candy or transit-wear on apparel).
Force Majeure: While we cap our standard window at 90 days, we are not liable for delays exceeding this timeframe caused by unforeseen global events. All transit claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

5. Shipping Costs

Since there is not a one size fits all due to the exclusive and unique nature to each Surge having different pieces that accompany your painting, shipping weights & costs will vary. A separate invoice will be tailored to your Surge's needs for shipping. Due to the philanthropic nature of each Surge, shipping costs are separate from the cost of your Surge, which is customary to high end art markets.
